River of Life Revival Ministries began in 1998 with a vision to meet a growing need across Latin America: pastors and churches in desperate need of theological training, discipleship support and long-term mentorship. But the roots of that vision stretch back further — back to 1975, when Mark and Lois Simpson surrendered their lives to Christ, were married and stepped into full-time missions.

From the very beginning, this ministry has been about presence, not just preaching. We believe the Gospel multiplies best when it’s taught with clarity, modeled with humility and planted in the soil of real relationship.

Over the past 50 years, River of Life has trained pastors, launched Bible schools, led mission teams and discipled believers in more than a dozen nations — across Latin America, the United States, our own home cities and even the remote regions of Asia. Wherever God opens a door, we go.

How We Serve

River of Life Revival Ministries exists to fulfill the Great Commission by equipping faithful leaders who will teach others also (2 Timothy 2:2). We build local Bible schools, train pastors, disciple believers and strengthen churches through long-term partnerships and Spirit-led ministry.

Our work is rooted in four spheres of Gospel influence:

  1. Latin America – Our original mission field
  2. The United States – Hispanic congregations in need of training and discipleship
  3. Our Home Sphere – Ministry rooted in Nashville and Chicago
  4. Asia – Support for proven co-laborers reaching the unreached

    5. We don’t just preach and leave. We return, we build, we stay. Because disciple-making takes time — and that’s what we’re here for every day of our lives.
